Sepsis is the number one cause of inpatient mortality and the Emergency Department plays a key role in the early identification and treatment of patients with sepsis. The goal of the ACEP E-QUAL Network Sepsis Learn Collaborative is to improve the outcomes of ED patients with sepsis. The following courses will help to improve provider and nurse knowledge of early identification, treatment and reassessment of sepsis and assist EDs in implementing best practices that support evidence-based sepsis care.
