- Check all of the information above carefully. This is what we’re going to use unless you tell us differently right now. We will not refund shipping charges on any order shipped according to the information you provide or cover the cost to have your order sent to a different address.
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday except on posted holidays. We try to honor all requests for fast processing and delivery. Orders placed before midnight are generally processed the next business day and are shipped within 2 business days. Exceptions arise during peak ordering times and when items are out of stock.
- Choosing “Overnight” or “Priority” or 2nd-day delivery affects how your order will be shipped, not necessarily how it will be processed. Keep this in mind before you spend the extra money for faster delivery. We will not refund shipping charges if your order doesn’t arrive on the day you expect to receive it.
- We accept returns for refunds only if you follow our return policy and we receive the item within 30 days of the original ship date in new, saleable condition. Please read our return policy at “How to return an item.”
